I’ve spent the last two days watching paint dry… Installing Windows 7 and VS08 & VS10 has taken the better part of the last two days. And it’s not just the installing… It’s update after update after update…

Microsoft, would it be so hard to just release updated installers instead of wasting everyone’s time installing out of date bits just to update them shortly thereafter?

Anyhow… Enough ranting…

Windows 7 seems to be a good improvement over Vista. Admittedly, almost anything would’ve been, but I’m happy with what I’ve seen so far. If I were to describe it in word, it would be fast. The new WD 1TB HDD I installed probably has something to do with it, but I’m not complaining (about the speed that is).

Hopefully I’ll have some time for EVE tomorrow… And a post about one of the worst decisions I’ve ever seen a FC make.
